2007 Annual General Meeting and Camper Reunion Day

The Over The Wall Annual General Meeting and Camper reunion day will be held on Saturday 24th March at the Heart of England Conference Centre, Fillongley, Near Coventry. CV7 8DX www.heartofengland.co.uk.

The camper reunion day is open to all children and young people who have previously been to an Over The wall camp and will be an opportunity for campers to meet friends and volunteers and enjoy some Over The Wall magic.

Although the members of Over The Wall are the trustees, the meeting will be open to parents of our campers, volunteers and other stakeholders. Once the formalities of the AGM are concluded this will allow them to meet with Trustees and members of staff.

The Camper reunion day will run from 10.30am to 3.30pm and the AGM from 11am to 1pm, parents will be able to drop off their children and come to the AGM and meet the Trustees, staff and other parents.
