Over The Wall Team Volunteer Manager

Over The Wall in Alton, is seeking a dedicated professional with the ability to work as a team player and autonomously when required. Excellent communication and organisational skills are a prerequisite with the ability to build upon the strong team culture established amongst volunteers allowing the charity to reach out to even more children and young people affected by serious illness. Ideally a graduate and/or with a professional qualification candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills. Experience in working with a national not for profit organisation will be vital. Due to their expansion plans all applicants are required to possess a full driving licence and be prepared to travel.
