A firm favourite from race beginners to regular runners alike. Starting and finishing in Southsea, the route will take you past some iconic maritime landmarks, including Portsmouth Harbour and the HMS Victory. The amazing local support will keep you motivated the entire way round with blaring music, high fives, fist bumps and cheers throughout – all part of the Great South Run experience.

Support Over The Wall
Over The Wall provides a place where children with serious illness and disabilities can be brave and have fun with others. These amazing places are in-person – at residential camps and also available online – with Camp in the Cloud.
Join Team OTW and make a difference today in raising these all-important funds. We’ll provide you with everything you need to make your fundraising a success, from a welcome pack, support and fundraising tips from our dedicated team and your own Over The Wall running vest or t-shirt to proudly wear on the day!
