Derbion has announced that it will extend its Derbion Cares initiative to provide a two-year partnership for local charities.
As part of its new strategy, Derbion is extending its current partnership with Over The Wall Camp!
Originally selected as Derbion’s charity of the year in 2025, we have benefited from access to free mall space and a range of centre-led fundraising initiatives including sponsored walks and proceeds from seasonal events. Over £8,000 has been raised for the charity to date.
And we have a range of new fundraising events already planned for the months ahead!
A fantastic partnership
Over The Wall Camp’s new Chief Executive, Alex Copeland said:
“Partnering with Derbion Cares in 2025 has been fantastic for Over The Wall Camp. With their support, we’ve been able to raise awareness of our transformative camps to families, bring a sprinkle of Over The Wall Camp magic to Derbion seasonal events and raise vital funds to support our work.
“We’re so grateful that Derbion have chosen to extend the partnership into what is such an important year for our charity, as we open our ‘forever home’ here in Ockbrook.
“We already have lots of exciting things ahead and we look forward to hitting the ground running and working closely with the Derbion team and the Derby community in 2026.”
