What is Dravet Syndrome UK Camp in the Cloud?
Dravet Syndrome UK Camp in the Cloud (DSUK CitC) is an at home virtual camp for families affected by Dravet Syndrome. It brings the mischief and magic of Over The Wall Camp straight into your living room through creative activities, fun and silly games, and live sessions where you can connect with other families on journeys just like yours!
This joyful day of togetherness is delivered in partnership with DSUK, a charity dedicated to bringing hope to families living with Dravet Syndrome through support, education, and medical research.
We’ve teamed up to create an inclusive family camp, jam-packed with fun and guaranteed laughter! Come along to a safe, welcoming space where you can try out something new, make special memories, and dive into creativity that knows no limits!
How Does Camp in the Cloud Work?
Step One
Apply! Complete our short online application form. It only takes around 10 minutes, and then sit back and wait to hear from our applications team.
Step Two
Special Delivery! Before CitC, you’ll receive a special delivery to your home, filled with exciting and useful materials to help you join in all the activities. Inside, you’ll also find a simple schedule, so you know exactly what’s happening and when.
Step Three
Get your Zoom link! We’ll email your Zoom link the day before CitC, so you’re all set to join the fun with just one click.
Step Four
Join DSUK Camp in the Cloud! When you join the morning call, our friendly support team will be waiting with big smiles and lots of excitement to welcome you. You’ll be part of a community of DSUK families, all enjoying the day together!
Who Can Take Part?
Families are welcome to apply if you’re currently, or have previously been, supported by DSUK and have a child or young person with Dravet Syndrome. To be eligible, at least one child living in the family home must be aged between 6 and 17.
