What is the Child Brain Injury Trust Camp in the Cloud?
The Child Brain Injury Trust Camp in the Cloud (CBIT CitC) is a one‑day, at‑home virtual camp designed especially for families affected by childhood acquired brain injury (ABI). It brings the mischief and magic of Over The Wall Camp straight into your living room through creative activities, fun and silly games, and live sessions where you can connect with other families on journeys just like yours!
This joyful day of connection is delivered in partnership with CBIT, a charity dedicated to empowering families living with childhood ABI through support, advocacy, and education.
Together, we’re proud (and excited!) to offer an inclusive family experience where joy is contagious, trying new things feels safe, and creativity can shine!
How Does Camp in the Cloud Work?
Step One
Apply! Complete our short online application form. It only takes around 10 minutes, and then sit back and wait to hear from our applications team.
Step Two
Special Delivery! Before CitC, you’ll receive a special delivery to your home, filled with exciting and useful materials to help you join in all the activities. Inside, you’ll also find a simple schedule, so you know exactly what’s happening and when.
Step Three
Get your Zoom link! We’ll email your Zoom link the day before CitC, so you’re all set to join the fun with just one click.
Step Four
Join CBIT Camp in the Cloud! When you join the morning call, our friendly support team will be waiting with big smiles and lots of excitement to welcome you. You’ll be part of a community of CBIT families, all enjoying the day together!
Who Can Take Part?
CBIT CitC welcomes applications from families who are currently, or have previously been, supported by the Child Brain Injury Trust and have a child or young person with an acquired brain injury.
To join us, your family simply needs to include at least one child aged 6-17.
