You can donate to Over The Wall by sending a text message using your mobile phone.
Text to Donate
One-off Donations
To make a one-off donation, text the word CAMP followed by the amount you wish to donate to 70085. For example, to donate £5, text CAMP5 to 70085.
Texts will cost the donation amount plus one standard network rate message, and you’ll be opting into hearing more from Over The Wall. If you would like to donate, but don’t wish to hear more from us, please text CAMPNOINFO instead.
How much can I donate?
You can donate any whole amount up to a maximum of £20 per text by entering the relevant amount after the word CAMP.
For example:
CAMP5 £5 donation
CAMP10 £10 donation
CAMP20 £20 donation
Can Over The Wall claim Gift Aid on my donation?
Yes, we can. Just follow the instructions you receive by text every time you donate to apply Gift Aid.
How much does it cost to donate?
We use Donr, a text giving service, to process our text donations. You will be charged for one text message at your standard network rate, plus the amount you have chosen to donate.
Text to Donate Terms and Conditions
SMS donations services to Over The Wall are supplied by a third party provider. We are therefore not liable for any delays or failures in your receipt of any SMS messages. Delivery is subject to transmission from your network operator and processing by your mobile phone device.
Our text giving service provider, Donr, charges us a fee equivalent to 6% of each donation, so for every £1 you donate, £0.94 will be received by Over The Wall.
100% of any Gift Aid given on your donation will be processed and received by our charity.
When you make a text donation, this will either be deducted from your mobile phone credit (Pay as You Go) or added to your mobile phone bill.
You may be charged a standard rate message for your text message (refer to your network operator for further information).
You must ask the bill payer’s permission before making a donation. If you are under 16 years old, you must have your parent or guardian’s permission to send a text donation to us.
You should receive a confirmation of your donation by text from Donr within an hour of sending the text.

Donr provides Text Giving and other fundraising services to charities who are registered in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. It is a private, UK-registered company (company number: 10402410).
If the keyword or short code you text are invalid you may still be charged, but your donation may not come to Over The Wall.
Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your mobile number, your carrier’s name, and the date, time and content of your messages and other information that you may provide. If you choose to Gift Aid your donation, Over The Wall will receive the following information about you: First Name, Surname and Postal Address (including postcode)
Over The Wall will not use your personal data for marketing purposes unless you have given consent for us to do so.
