"During the week you will see a growth in campers confidence, but having seen campers return year on year I have seen that a lot of the changes happen after that week at camp."
Over The Wall is an Ofsted Outstanding, award-winning, UK-based children’s charity founded in 1999 by the late Oscar winning actor, racing car driver, and philanthropist, Paul Newman. Newman’s vision was to create a safe place for children with serious illnesses or disabilities – and their families – to rediscover the mischief and magic of childhood. We do this by providing free of charge, transformative activity camps throughout the UK.
We are so grateful for all the support our partners, which provides opportunities for seriously ill children and their families to experience our camps, where they can explore and realise their potential, discover new talents, interests and skills. The camps help children find new ways of coping with challenges, make new friends and develop their social skills, all in a fun, safe and inclusive environment.
