Apply for Over The Wall Camp – Residential & Family Camps
At Over The Wall Camp, we provide safe, supportive, and fun experiences for children and families. You can apply for Over The Wall Camp through the Campsite website. You will need to complete an application for anyone wanting to attend one of our residential camps (including parents and guardians for a family camp). Our camp application process ensures we have all the information needed to keep your child and family safe and well during camp.
If you feel you’d benefit from a bit more hands-on support while completing your application, you can schedule a call with a member of our camper recruitment team. Book your call here.
Whether you’re a new family or a returning camper, this guide will help you complete your application quickly and easily.
What You’ll Need Before Starting Your Application
Before you begin, we recommend using a PC, laptop, or tablet rather than a phone. Have the following information ready:
- A recent photo of the camper – if your camper has applied before, please just check that this photo is still a true likeness
- Medical history and any relevant care information
- GP, Consultant and Dentist details
- Emergency contact details (1 who is not a parent / guardian)
- A list of medications, including doses
- MMR proof – of both vaccinations for ages 5-17 years, unless medically exempt
- For HC child only – the most recent clinic letter – the one sent after an appointment summarising their health, this should be dated within the last year
- Authorised pick-ups. - this can be changed at any time.
How Long Does an Application Take?
Completing an application in full should take , on average, about 20–25 minutes per child for new families and 10 minutes per child for returning families. Adult applications for Family Camps just take a few minutes each.
You can save your progress as you go along though if you don’t want to do it all in one go.
