Your Pre-Camp Checklist
Information for parents and guardians.
Make sure you're ready for camp with your pre-camp checklist
Family Camp
Before your application is passed onto our Nursing and Wellbeing team for assessment, you will need to ensure you have completed the following:
Camper Profile
Create a Camper profile for all members (including adults) of the family who will be attending on your Over The Wall Dashboard.
Clinic Letter
Make sure to upload a clinic later from the last 6 months to your Over The Wall Dashboard.
Covid Vaccines
Proof of Covid vaccinations, and all boosters eligible to receive, for those aged 18+.
Two weeks before attending camp, you will need to:
Camper Photo
Ensure all campers have photo uploaded on your Over The Wall Dashboard.
Click on the grey silhouette icon to upload photos.
Medical Form
Submit Medical Update form for all campers.
Click on forms and upload for each camper.
Timings
Double check your camp arrival time.
Transport
Check your transportation form on your Over The Wall Dashboard for transport information.
